I’ve had the opportunity to work with DD Rockwell through several of her clients, and the more I see how she works, the more I understand what makes her different. DD knows that buying or selling a home is about much more than the transaction. It’s about all the things that come with it. What do I do with everything I’ve collected over the years? Who can I trust to help me prepare my home? What needs to be repaired? Who can help me organize, clean, paint, move, or downsize? What am I not even thinking about? This is where I see DD shine. She anticipates what her clients need and has built a network of people she trusts to help them along the way. That is how our paths have crossed. She has brought me in to help several of her clients create more space, organize their belongings, and prepare for a move. And she stays involved. She helps coordinate the details, connects her clients with the right people, explains the things they may not understand, and keeps the process moving. What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t feel transactional. She genuinely seems to care about the person behind the move. After seeing her work with her clients, I understand why they feel like they have someone in their corner. In the end, it’s not just the house you remember. It’s the person who helped you get there.
