With so much change and uncertainty in the world right now, it’s natural to feel unsettled at times. One of the most supportive things we can do in moments like this is create calm and order in our immediate environment. When I was young and feeling uncertain or trying to work something through in my mind, I would go to my closet and start organizing. Putting my attention on something tangible helped me create clarity there and often clarity inside myself as well. Your home is your personal universe. Small, intentional shifts can restore a sense of steadiness, clarity, and control. From an organizing and Feng Shui perspective, here are a few simple things you can do this week:
